B4 My First Grocery Shop

it's all about balance I know how to cook food and feed myself but when it comes down to actually buying the food yourself with your own money it can be daunting...

So what I need to think about is the following

planning meals
Carbs for morning
veggie and snacks for midday
and something high in protein for early Evening
don't want to eat too late

Making multipurpose meals such as;
Soups are easy!
Meal Salads (Chicken Ceaser and Greek)
Casserole dishes (that involve lots of potatoes and protein and cheese)

What will help me the most to focus and stay full is Water...
If I intend to save money this summer I must not buy sweets and drinks too often.
If I just drink water and indulge on a Tim Hortons once or twice a week I shall be fine.

House Brands are the way to go. Only buy Name Brands if they're on sale...

Favorite thing to go for though is Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake this is my go to meal if I'm ever in a jam
I shall always have Frozen Bananas, Milk and Peanut Butter.

I want to try making Hot and Sour Soup and bake a potato like this
